Make type hierarchy textual representation a table

* etc/syncdoc-type-hierarchy.el (syncdoc-make-type-table): New function.
(syncdoc-update-type-hierarchy): Make use of.
* doc/lispref/type_hierarchy.txt: Regenerate.
